Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering of the Pennsylvania State University (USA) from 1977 to 1979 with Prof. Philip L. Walker Jr. Since 1980 he is at the University of Granada, currently as Full Professor of Inorganic Chemistry
